• Chennai local IDs and unmarried couples are not allowed.
• Check-out time is 24 hours for direct booking.
• You are making a booking with the hotel directly.
• Please review the booking and cancellation policies before confirming
• In case you make a change or cancel the booking, the cancellation penalties specified may apply.
• You may be asked to furnish the form of payment and identification proofs during check-in.
• Other inclusions not listed as part of this booking may be chargeable.

Cancellation Rules

• If cancellation is received at least 48 hours prior to the scheduled arrival date, 100% of the applicable room tariff for all rooms and nights reserved will be refunded.
• If cancellation is received within 48 hours of the scheduled arrival date, then NO REFUND will be applicable for the room tariff covering all rooms and nights reserved.
• If no show, then the full amount will be charged.
